Guardiola on search for new midfielder

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says the Club’s scouting department are actively looking for new players ahead of next season.

And asked whether the Brazilian could play as a centre-half as his career goes on, Guardiola added: “I think he plays in that position, he’s fast strong in the air, vision for the pass inside and switch of play is excellent.

“He’s intelligent, he understands everything and i think he can do it. We need a guy who understands that stuff.’

Fowler unconvinced by Chelsea’s new striker Higuain (Tribal Football)

Higuain, 31, will be tasked with the job of downing Manchester City this afternoon to hand Fowler’s old club Liverpool in the Premier League title race.
